VITA SPA STEEL STRUCTURE
The 500 (Grand, Envie, Monarque, Prestige) and 700 series (Mystique, Riviera, Vivre) of Vita Spa hot tubs have a steel frame that provides greater structural integrity than wood. The frame also provides superior corrosion protection for a much longer life. It will not expand or contract with moisture. The inorganic properties will never rot, warp, split or crack and eliminate worries of animal infestation or termite damage.
The steel structure design in the 500 and 700 series allows for complete service of the entire structure and all mechanical parts. The spa can be serviced and brought back to factory specifications right in your backyard. Vita Spa calls this feature “Appliance Grade”.
All Vita Spa hot tubs come with a lifetime steel structure warranty. Their steel is 40% lighter, yet 250% stronger than traditional wood frames. Their hot tubs are weatherproof and corrosion-free to ensure your hot tub will last for years to come.
VITA SPA INSULATION
Northern Exposure Insulation
Northern Exposure is a unique thermal barrier technology that recycles free heat energy for more efficient heating. All four sides of the spa, plus the floor and cover are lined with copper material to reflect radiant heat energy generated from the pumps back into the spa. Heat is then absorbed by the plumbing, helping to maintain water temperature. Finally, the entire exterior of the hot tub is wrapped in 3M Thinsulate Insulation, the same incredible material utilized in winter clothing. This three-layer patented system ensures the energy created by the spa stays in the spa.

Blue MAAX Insulation
The Vital Energy insulation system features the eco-friendly BlueMAAX insulation. Made from recycled natural fiber it is approved by the U.S. Green Building Council. The insulation contains no chemical irritants, is treated with a borate-based solution to prevent mold/mildew growth, pest infestation, and acts as a fire retardant. BlueMAAX replaces urethane foam commonly used in “foam filled” hot tubs. The “foam filling” process in conventional spas can produce as much as 50 lbs. of volatile organic components (VOC’s) that are harmful to the environment. The new energy system also allows for easy service access and can be taken out and put back together to factory specifications right in your home.
